Return Eligibility

Due to hygiene and safety standards, lashes and beauty products are non-returnable and non-refundable once the packaging has been opened.

However, we accept returns or exchanges under the following conditions:

  • The item is damaged, defective, or incorrect upon delivery.
  • You notify us within 48 hours of receiving the product.
  • The product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

How to Request a Return or Exchange

To initiate a return or exchange, please:

  2. Mention your order number, a brief description of the issue, and attach clear photos of the product in question.
  3. Once approved, you will receive return instructions via email.

Return Shipping

  • For approved return/exchange requests due to product defects or wrong items sent, Wink Lashes will cover return shipping costs.
  • For other approved reasons, the customer is responsible for return shipping.
  • Items must be shipped back within 7 days of return approval.

Refunds (if applicable)

  • Refunds are processed only if a replacement is not possible or the item is out of stock.
  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status.
  • If approved, the refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.

Exchanges

If you need to exchange a product (only for the same item or item of equal value), please follow the same return request process. Exchanges are subject to stock availability.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Used or opened lash products

In-Store Purchases

Products purchased from offline stores must be returned or exchanged at the same location. Store policies may vary slightly and are subject to in-store conditions.
