Return Eligibility
Due to hygiene and safety standards, lashes and beauty products are non-returnable and non-refundable once the packaging has been opened.
However, we accept returns or exchanges under the following conditions:
- The item is damaged, defective, or incorrect upon delivery.
- You notify us within 48 hours of receiving the product.
- The product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
How to Request a Return or Exchange
To initiate a return or exchange, please:

- Mention your order number, a brief description of the issue, and attach clear photos of the product in question.
- Once approved, you will receive return instructions via email.
Return Shipping
Defective / Damaged / Wrong Product Sent:
If your return request is approved due to a product defect or receiving the wrong item, Wink Lashes will cover the return shipping cost.Change of Mind / Product Not Liked / Any Other Approved Reason:
If you wish to return the product for personal reasons such as “not liking the product,” “no longer needed,” or “change of mind,” then:The customer is responsible for the return shipping cost (sending the item back to us).
The original shipping fee we paid to send the product to you will be deducted from your refund.
Items must be shipped back within 7 days of return approval.
Refunds (if applicable)
- Refunds are processed only if a replacement is not possible or the item is out of stock.
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status.
- If approved, the refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
Exchanges
If you need to exchange a product (only for the same item or item of equal value), please follow the same return request process. Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns or exchanges for:
- Used or opened lash products
In-Store Purchases
Products purchased from offline stores must be returned or exchanged at the same location. Store policies may vary slightly and are subject to in-store conditions.
